The customer can return items within 30 days of purchase for a refund as long as the item has not been worn and is in good condition.
Items that are received damaged or defective must be reported within 10 business days. To report these problems, please send an email to cari@1kdiamonds.com. Once item has been reported, it can be returned and a replacement will be sent out. The customer will not be held responsible for shipping out replacement items for products that were received damaged or shipped incorrectly.
